Canadian Woman Revives Fluoride Lawsuit

A Mississauga, Canada woman says she is considering reviving an old lawsuit against the region regarding its use of fluoride in the public water system. Mississauga is a city located near Toronto. The region, Peel, where Mississauga is located, claims they rightfully add fluoride to public drinking water as a method of cavity prevention. However, Liesa Cianchino, who sued several years ago on the same grounds, claims that the people are being mass medicated. She also claims it to be a violation of Charter of Rights and Freedoms. She cites the Safe Drinking Water Act as well.

“We believe we are being mass medicated without our consent,” Cianchino told CBC Toronto Wednesday. “Ingested fluoride is definitely harmful for the young, for the sick, for the well, for the old … We want [a court] to rule that water fluoridation is illegal.”

“Community water fluoridation is not dangerous. In fact, it’s safe,” Hopkins told CBC Toronto Wednesday. “We have 70 years of data that this is safe and it works to prevent cavities.”

Cianchino, as luck might have it, has backing from some city officials, including Councillor John Sprovieri. He is suggesting that legal experts be brought in to determine the validity of Cianchino’s case. If the case proves worthy, Sprovieri feels the region should end its fluoridation campaign.

However, backing over the matter is limited, at best, to Sprovieri. Other councillors are taking more of a status quo position and suggesting the suit isn’t valid and that fluoride is helpful to the health of the community. Another councillor, Ron Starr, feels that the region has already lowered fluoride levels in the water and that should serve satisfactorily in terms of the region’s obligations.

We’ve made the decision to keep the fluoride in the water at this point,” Starr said Wednesday.” At this point it looks the fluoride is satisfactory to all of us on council.”

But here’s the catch: Both Starr and Sprovieri agree that fluoride can detrimentally affect children’s IQ levels.

But Dr. Jessica Hopkins, who is currently the medical officer of health for the Peel region, disputes such evidence, “We have not found any adverse health effects beyond dental fluorosis which is a cosmetic whitening that can occur on the teeth and in most cases you’d need an experienced dental professional to see those changes.” She goes on to say that fluoridation is completely safe.

Cianchino’s lawsuit does not look to win a financial award from the courts, rather, force the community to remove the fluoride. Cianchino is frustrated by what she says are “outrageous” delays over the matter. Many Canada regions have removed fluoride from their tap water without much of a battle. Recently, the town of Nipawin, Canada opted out of fluoride, saying it “it’s not our job to supply medication.”

Our water supply should be an untainted source for drinking and bathing. People should inherently be able to choose if the addition of fluoride is right for their families. The government adding fluoride is a complete overreach. One would think this to be common sense. However, I’m confident that if we follow the money, we can determine the motive. I’m not likely to believe that the motive for city officials is improved dental health for children. You don’t have to look much further than notoriously poor lunches in schools or a lack of education in nutrition to understand my inhibition over the matter.

Toothpaste companies give people the option for ingesting fluoride. That’s what a true, free society is about: options and choices. Some parents may willingly choose to add fluoride to their child’s intake while others may not. When the fluoride is in the drinking water and bathing water, it is nearly impossible to make such a decision for yourself. Lawsuits such as Cianchino’s are vitally important to our liberty, beyond what any science may state or support.

In case you are wondering, some survival water filters do work for fluoride while some don’t. You just have to do your research in order to determine if any of the devices work. Additionally, research bottled water. Many bottled waters contain fluoride.  Click here to order a Reverse Osmosis (RO) HHO distilled water system

Do It Yourself Cancers

The # 4 killer disease in America today is cancer. Many cancers are turning out to be do-it-yourself diseases. We promote them by chronic exposure to certain environmental factors, what we eat and drink, where we live and work, and what we breathe may well determine whether we become a cancer statistic.

“He who lives looking for pleasures only, his senses uncontrolled, immoderate in his food, idle, and weak, Mara (the tempter) will certainly overthrow him, as the wind throws down a weak tree.  He who lives without looking for pleasures, his senses well controlled, moderate in his food, faithful and strong, him Mara will certainly not overthrow, any more than the wind throws down a rocky mountain.” – Gospel of Peace Chapter 1:7 & 8.

Do We Bring Cancer On Ourselves?

Medical science continues as to make strides toward earlier detection and improved treatments for many cancers. But these efforts are largely after the fact. The sad truth is that the overall death rates from many cancers continue to rise.  One in four American lives is now being claimed by cancer.  One in four! That’s nearly one member out of each American family according to the statistic from Hope International.

This trend, however, could be reversed by following GOD’S PLAN and Natural Health Laws as mentioned in this book.  We simply need to take the precautions that we already know about; 70-80 percent of the cancers that afflict Americans could be prevented.  Are you ready to prevent you or one of your family members from cancer?

It seems to me most people would want to do most anything to avoid the killer disease cancer. But unfortunately, most are not interested in the change of lifestyle.  Take lung cancer for example: caused generally by smoking or secondary smoke. It’s cancer that kills more men and women in the United States than any other.

Yet, one out of four Americans continues to puff. Close to 90 percent of the cancers of the lung, lip, mouth, tongue, throat, and esophagus could be prevented if people simply stopped using tobacco products (all tobacco products). By doing so it would also prevent half the bladder cancers.

Looking at the agony created by chemotherapy, radiation, surgical removal of body parts or dependence on a lifetime of prescription drugs that often cause more problems than they solve, I find it somewhat dumbfounding (though heartbreaking) when I hear people say, “Oh, I wouldn’t want to mess with wheat grass and preparation of raw foods., just pass the meat and let me eat!”

Does Diet Have Anything To Do With Cancer?

In men the second and third most frequently occurring cancers are those of the prostate and colon. For women, it’s cancers of the breast and colon. Extensive evidence links nearly 50 % of these cancers to “affluent lifestyle.”

Social drinking contributes to 75 percent esophagus cancer, 50 percent mouth cancer, 50 percent larynx cancer, and 30 percent liver cancer (I think also soft drinks contribute significantly to liver cancer as well).

The other culprits for concern are cancer producing carcinogens:

Ø Additives to processed foods Ø Preservatives of every sort Ø Flavor enhancers, Ø Pesticides  Ø And an array of other chemicals we use in producing and marketing our food.

However, according to statistics and research reports only 2 % of all the cancers can be reliably inked to carcinogens (cancer-producing chemicals).  In contrast, evidence of the connection between cancer and such dietary factors as fiber and fat grows stronger every day.

Compared with diets around 1900, the average American now eats one-third more fat and one-third less fiber. In areas of the world in which fat intake is low and fiber high, the incidence of colon, breast, and prostate cancers are negligible. In Canada, and New Zealand, where diets are low in fiber and high in fat, the rates for these kinds of cancers are much higher.

Fiber and Fat Influence Cancer?

Not all the answers are in yet, but cancer is associated with carcinogens and chemical irritants that can produce cancerous lesions over time.   According to the U.S. Council on Environmental Quality…”The cancer risk to people who drink chlorinated water is 93 percent higher than those who don’t.”

Back to such things as fiber and fat in the diet. Bile acids are an example. The amount of fat in the diet affects the amount of bile the body produces. In the intestinal tract, some of these bile acids can form irritating carcinogenic compounds. The longer these compounds stay in contact with the lining of the colon, the more irritation results.

This is where fiber comes in. With a low-fiber diet, material moves slowly through the intestines, often taking from 72 hours to five days to complete the journey from entry to exit. Most fibers absorb water like a sponge. This helps fill the intestines and stimulates them to increase activity.

With a high-fiber diet, food travels through the intestines in 24 – 36 hours. This helps fill the colon in two ways. It shortens the exposure to irritating substances, and it dilutes the concentration of the irritants thanks to fiber’s water-holding power and insulating effect.

How Does Diet Relate To Cancers?

A high fat intake depresses the activity of important cells in the body’s immune system. This effect has been studied extensively in connection with breast cancer and may affect other types of cancer as well.

Excessive alcohol consumption increases the risk for cancers of the esophagus and pancreas and does so dramatically for those who smoke as well.  We know excess weight raises the risk of breast cancer, colon cancer, and prostate cancer.

Then there are such things as exposure to asbestos, side stream smoke, and toxic chemicals. Excessive drinking of water can cause the imbalance of electrolytes as experienced by my husband. You can read more about that later as we continue unveiling the secrets to vitality, vim, and vigor in our lives.

Do you enjoy swimming in a community chlorinated drenched pool? Do you drink beverages loaded with caffeine, high fructose syrup or corn syrup? High amounts of caffeine are known to be the cause of fibrosis tissue in the breast (precursor to cancer) and wreak havoc on the nervous system.

When I stopped all caffeine in my diet during my postmenopausal years, I lost all signs of fibrocystic disease in my breast. That was a better choice for me than losing my breast to surgery. Doctors, for 15 years, advised removal of the breast because they believed the fibrosis tissue was a precursor to breast cancer. No way Hosea.

So How Does One Prevent and Overcome Cancer Symptoms?

A magic pill would be nice. If such a thing existed, wouldn’t you and I and half the country race to the local health food or drug store to buy such a pill? People would flock to their doctors, and the inventors would be wealthy beyond belief.

But unfortunately, no such pill exists. Though I think the medical association, unfortunately, believes chemo therapy is a magic pill, and many patients, race to have chemo due to time pressures put on them by their doctors.

Again, if you’ll pardon my personal subjectivity, my last OBGYN examined me in October 2005 (it’s now August 12, 2017, as of this writing) and detected two walnut sized lumps, one in each breast, and insisted I race to the hospital for a mammogram, an ultra sound and finally a lumpectomy (all which were to determine if I had a “suspicious lump”) and finally the removal of my breasts immediately. She expected me to live only three weeks.  Talk about scared! But that is another story for another time.

What Cancer Research Doesn’t Want You to Know About Tumors

Tumors take their energy from glucose and turn it into lactic acid which must be broken down by the liver. Unfortunately, the liver converts lactic acid to glucose. This cycle is called cachexia (pronounced kakek-see-ah) and is responsible for the wasting away that is typical of cancer patients. Hydrazine sulfate, sometimes referred to as HZ or HS, is designed to stop this wasting away.

Hydrazine sulfate’s popularity grew rapidly after the publicity generated at the 1974 NHF (National Health Federation) convention by Dr. Joseph Gold, director of the Syracuse Cancer Research Institute in Syracuse, New York.

Hydrazine sulfate was demonstrating good results, but it was getting too popular. The FDA decided to put on the brakes and withdrew the INDs (Investigational New Drug number). After that, funding dried up, and companies withdrew their interest in researching the drug, despite the fact that the drug was showing the good response in a number of studies.

The drug’s discoverer, Dr. Joseph Gold had found that HS reacted badly if patients were taking other drugs, especially tranquilizers. Several warnings were given to NCI before it began its test. The warnings were explicit. Patients could DIE if they were taking tranquilizers. In a study done by NCI, to test the product HZ, all patients died. DEAD. Why?

Because the NCI, did not heed the warning by Dr. Joseph Gold that participates in the study were not to be on any type of tranquilizer. Thus, his work was considered fraudulent and no fault found in the NCI negligence. How pitiful!

WARNING

Certain classes of medications, including mood altering medications such as tranquilizers and antidepressants can cause fatal interactions with hydrazine sulfate and should be avoided. Ask your physician about all your medications and over-the counter remedies to make sure they are compatible with taking a MAO inhibitor like hydrazine sulfate.

Avoid These Foods while taking Hydrazine Sulfate

Hydrazine Sulfate inhibits an enzyme that breaks down monoamines (serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine). These are chemicals used by our brain and affect our mood. MAO metabolizes tyramine, an amino acid. When taking a MAO inhibitor, tyramine is not broken down, and eating foods with tyramine can raise blood pressure and heart beat and cause headaches. Most of the foods containing tyramine are not very healthy so it is good to be avoiding them anyway.

Foods containing tyramine are mostly aged, fermented, or pickled, such as most cheeses (except cottage cheese, cream cheese, and fresh Mozzarella), lunch meats, hot dogs, yogurt, wines, and beers.

A complete list of foods that contain tyramine:

Dry and fermented sausage (bologna, salami, pepperoni, corned beef, and liver), · pickled herring and salted dried fish, · broad beans and pods (lima, fava beans, lentils, snow peas, and soy beans), · meat extracts,  · yeast extracts/brewer’s yeast, beer and ale, red wine (Chianti, burgundy, sherry, vermouth),  · sauerkraut,  · some fruits (bananas, avocados, canned figs, raisins, red plums, raspberries, pineapples),  · cultured dairy products (buttermilk, yogurt, and sour cream),  · chocolate,  · caffeine (coffee, tea, and cola drinks),  · white wine, port wines, distilled spirits,  · soy sauce,  · miso,  · peanuts,  · almonds,  · beef or chicken liver,  · herring, · meat tenderizer,  · MSG (Accent),  · pickles,  · and pumpkin seeds.

Negative Hydrogen for Positive Health

You may have heard the phrase that the “life of the body is in the blood”, and without delving into the metaphysical considerations, scientifically the statement is spot-on when considering the quality and length of our lives being associated to the condition of our heart and circulatory system. Our heart pumps blood which carries oxygen and nutrients to our tissues and cells, and also carries away the waste products. I have developed my FIGHT For Your Health Program to teach people how the quality of our lives and health is vitally dependent upon the health of our blood, or even more specifically, our cells. Blood is the vehicle and transport system for the fuel but our cells contain the powerhouses. What we do to provide our cells with the optimal environment of necessary nutrients, for energy production, repair and function, and elimination of toxins and wastes, is absolutely crucial to our health, happiness and longevity.

We are all suffering from power failure. On a chemical and physical level all disease is caused by a loss of organization – by entropy – or essentially a loss of energy. Dr. Douglas Wallace of the Center for Mitochondrial and Epigenomic Medicine in Philadelphia says that “Every one of the diseases we can’t solve is absolutely logical if we put energy at the center”. Mitochondria are the powerhouses in our cells that produce energy through two metabolic processes. One is the citric acid cycle which converts fuel (food) into ATP and hydrogen, and the second is through oxidative phosphorylation whereby hydrogen is combined with oxygen to generate ATP. Oxidative phosphorylation is the primary energy process for all aerobic organisms. Pollution and various toxins and poor food all contribute to the breakdown of this fundamental cycle.

So what’s hydrogen got to do with achieving and maintaining positive health? Plenty! As a matter of fact, Albert Szent-Gyorgyi, the Nobel Prize-winning scientist who discovered Vitamin C, said that hydrogen, not oxygen, is the “fuel of life”. We all know that the body needs oxygen in order to live. What most do not know is that 90% of matter in our Universe is made up of hydrogen and we need it just as much as we need oxygen, as oxygen burns hydrogen, which releases the energy that runs our bodies.

Our ancestors replenished their hydrogen stores by eating fresh, minimally processed or raw foods, animal protein of high quality and freshness, and by drinking clean, unfiltered water from natural deep aquifers. Unfortunately the naturally occurring hydrogen in our environ- ment has been drastically reduced by heating, processing, milling, prolonged exposure to air or prolonged storage, and pollutants. Overprocessing and our modern diets have also resulted in many people acquiring food intolerances to things like lactose and gluten, causing intestinal dysbiosis, candida overgrowth and leaky gut syndrome.

Most of our body’s hydrogen stores are in the liver and intestines, which is also where the majority of our detoxification processes occur. Our energy production is further affected as our liver is overburdened with toxins. Our body responds with chronic inflammation and an

increase in cholesterol, as protective mechanisms. Sadly, mainstream medicine’s answer is to prescribe a statin drug which only further damages the system.

Hydrogen is the most powerful antioxidant. Pollution, and the natural aging process, produce damaging free-radicals. These very reactive molecules easily react with vital molecules in the body, like our DNA, causing mutations and changes in the genetic sequencing. It is free-radical accumulation of over time that is thought to cause aging and degenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease, and also symptoms associated with heart disease, atrial fibrillation, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, thyroid and hormone imbalances, Type 2 diabetes, acid reflux and indigestion. But by simply replenishing our hydrogen stores, we can increase cellular energy and detoxification, relieving and even reversing many of these conditions.

Antioxidants are the body’s defense mechanisms against damaging free-radicals. In order to help eliminate the effect of free-radicals from the human body, there are some known ‘super foods’ which contain vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin E, beta carotene. Hydrogen, specifically the negative hydrogen ion, or H- ion, is thought to be the most powerful antioxidant.

Adding negative Hydrogen ions, in the form of a supplement called Active H-minus, is now easy and affordable. Simply add a small tablet of Active H-Minus to any bottle of quality, clean drinking water, and it will add an incredible number of free-radical neutralizing electrons to your body! I have lived most of my life with a heart rhythm disturbance similar to atrial fibrillation, and since taking Active H-Minus over several weeks, my skipped heart beats have disappeared, my pulse is stronger than ever, and my energy levels have skyrocketed. I encourage you to try this latest breakthrough in anti-aging supplements and feel the difference for yourself.

What Is Micro-Clustered Water and Why You Should Be Drinking It

(NewsUSA) – It is the most taken-for-granted natural resource we have — and we use and abuse it until we don’t have it. Some tend to think of it as our birthright, while others think of it as a gift. It is water, and it is turning out to be more complex than once thought.

To understand this necessary component to life, we must understand its chemical properties and how it works in and with our bodies.

The water molecule is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom to form the oft-quoted H20 molecule. However, what you may not know is that water comes in clusters of molecules (rather than single molecules), and tap water contains very large clusters of up to 13 molecules. It is as if 13 groups of water are essentially holding hands.

What this means for your body is that you will feel fuller longer after drinking a glass of tap water, because of the amount of water molecules that need to be processed for hydration.

However, if you drink micro-clustered water, or water that contains only five or six molecule clusters, the water will be that much more hydrating, soluble and permeating for the cells and the body. In essence, it’s a system that delivers wetter water so that more of the nutrients will be absorbed into the cells at a faster rate.

Sound confusing? Think of micro-clustered water as a handful of Bb’s compared to a softball. If you throw the softball at a chain-link fence, it won’t pass through. However, if you throw the Bb’s at the fence, they pass through seamlessly. Micro-clustered water is like that. It permeates your cells much like the Bb’s through the fence, hydrating your body within seconds of drinking, leaving you less bloated and more completely hydrated.

By drinking water that contains fewer molecules, or micro-clustered, alkaline, ionized water, you can hydrate your body more quickly and effectively, enhance energy levels, improve your overall aerobic capacity and health and prevent premature aging. Additionally, antioxidants are a benefit of micro-clustering, which have been proven to boost the immune system.

The benefits of clustered water were upheld by an independent study conducted by the Chinese Health Care Science and Technology Society, which found that 60 percent of people who drank clustered water had their cellular hydration level increase tenfold.

Sugary Foods Linked to Pancreatic Cancer Risk

NEW YORK (Reuters Health) – People with diets high in sweets and other foods that cause rapid blood-sugar spikes may have a higher risk of

developing pancreatic cancer than those who eat less of those foods, a new study suggests.

In a study of nearly 1,000 Italian adults with and without pancreatic cancer, researchers found that those whose diets were high in so-called “glycemic index” showed a greater risk of the cancer than participants whose diets were relatively low-glycemic index.

Glycemic index refers to how rapidly a food causes blood sugar to rise. High-glycemic index foods, like white bread and potatoes, tend to spur a quick elevation in blood sugar, while low-glycemic index foods, such as lentils, soybeans, yogurt and many high-fiber grains, create a more gradual increase in blood sugar.

In the new study, researchers found no relationship between the total carbohydrates in participants’ diets and their risk of pancreatic cancer. And when they focused on fruit intake, higher consumption was related to a lower risk of the disease.

In contrast, there was a relationship between increased pancreatic cancer risk and higher intakes of sugar, candy, honey and jam. This suggests that sugary, processed carbohydrates — rather than carbs like fiber-rich grains, fruits and vegetables — may be particularly linked to pancreatic cancer, the researchers report in the Annals of Epidemiology.

The study follows one in February in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention showing a link between sugary sodas and pancreatic cancer. Whether all of these results will hold up, however, is unclear.

Pancreatic cancer is a relatively uncommon but particularly deadly form of cancer, with only about 5 percent of patients surviving for five years. Early on, the disease causes no symptoms, or only vague problems like indigestion, so it is rarely caught before it has advanced.

Researchers, therefore, are particularly interested in discovering modifiable risk factors for the cancer. Studies so far have identified smoking and long-standing diabetes as risk factors. But the role of diet remains unclear.

Some studies have found links between pancreatic cancer and high intakes of red meat and dietary fat, while others have failed to find such a relationship. Findings on carbohydrates and sugar have been similarly inconsistent.

Moreover, even when studies find an association between a diet pattern and a disease, that does not prove that the foods themselves are responsible for the increased risk.

For the current study, researchers led by Marta Rossi of the Mario Negri Institute for Pharmacological Research in Milan surveyed 326 pancreatic cancer patients about their health history and lifestyle, which included a detailed questionnaire on their diet habits in the two years prior to diagnosis.

Each patient was compared with two cancer-free adults the same age and sex.

Overall, Rossi’s team found, the one-third of participants with the highest-glycemic index diets were 78 percent more likely to have pancreatic cancer than the third with the lowest-glycemic index diets. The middle third fell in between, with a 56 percent higher risk.

The researchers then looked at certain select sources of carbohydrates, including fruit and a category that included sugar, candy, honey and jam. High intakes of the latter, it turned out, were linked to an increased risk of pancreatic cancer.

Rossi and her colleagues accounted for certain other factors, including participants’ weight, smoking history and any diabetes diagnoses — suggesting that higher rates of smoking, obesity or diabetes do not explain the link between pancreatic cancer and sugary diets.

Even if this link holds true in other studies, the absolute risk to any one person would be small.

According to the American Cancer Society, the average adult has just over a 1 percent chance of developing pancreatic cancer in his or her life. So even the 78 percent increase in that one percent risk linked to high-glycemic index diets in this study would translate into a small absolute risk for an individual.

The study does not show that sugary foods cause pancreatic cancer, but it is possible that such diets could contribute to pancreatic risk, according to the researchers. Even in the absence of diabetes, such foods influence the body’s secretion of the blood-sugar-regulating hormone insulin. And insulin encourages the growth and division of cells in the pancreas — raising the possibility that the hormone could encourage the growth and spread of pancreatic cancer cells.
